It was very good. I had it twice.... I found it well back, out of the tourist area..sat on the sidewalk and ate it...

Wonderful. It's the same right round the World, find the place where the locals eat, not the tourists and you're sorted.

But why is it that UK lobster is exported, while people here have to have imported lobsters?

I don't think lobsters are what we export...it's other fish and shellfish mostly.

Well, I don't really know if we export lobsters. I have a memory that we do. I will investigate tomorrow.

I'm now craving oysters and clams. I'm staying with my friend at the moment in Saffron Walden. There is a market on Saturday in the town square. And usually there is a great fish stall. Watch this space!

It's my favourite thing, I don't get to do it as much as I want and around here I have to wear my drysuit. I long for the time I'm back in Thailand, bothering the corals in just shorts and a rash vest.

Gosh - I use it all the time. Searching recipe ideas, ingredients etc. Plus images for the featured posts here.

I can understand your reluctance to use Google, since they have a bad reputation re. privacy. Presumably you use another search engine then?

I bookmark (in Firefox) the websites in which I may be interested again, but for all other research I use Google or Yahoo - that is what they are there for.
