The pic is of the back, just listing the contents. The box opens like a big book, and it's like a typical advent calendar, with numbered punch-outs that, when opened, reveal the contents inside.

I was all set to just take them out, as I'm a heathen of sorts, but the wife has informed that that will not do. We're to follow the orders of the calendar. :)
 
This morning from the chook house (the automated gate has failed so I'm back to unlocking in the morning and locking up at night)

Today's shopping excursion, done at Meijer's, where I get the best choice and price on the dog stuff I buy.

Added in there is some spiced wine we'll be enjoying soon, decaf chai from Twining's, a steal for $2.50US for 20 bags (that's for the wife), and a box of tea for me as well, a variety pack.

We ordered dinner at the Saloon Number 10.
Server asked if we wanted the works on our baked potatoes. We said yes. She picked up the sour cream and butter tray.
She then said “heres the works” as her top fell down revealing her double blessings.
Another server helped her saddle back up.

I hope “revealing” used in this context is not too blue and permitted in Cooking Bites.
