Yup, easily available here in a multitude of blends.I didn't know you could get Boursin in the US. I've been using it lately quite a lot. Its certainly delicious. I do like the idea of it contrasted with the raw onion on a burger.
I use any cheese I have to hand if its a good melting cheese. I've used camembert, brie, Emmental, blue cheese.
People use all kinds of cheese on burgers, but American and Swiss are probably the most popular.
