Cryptic food and drink

:happy: Thank you kind Sir! I will have to try setting a clue. I was taught by my Dad how to solve them so I should be able to work backwards and set one.
 
One of the answers in today's Guardian crossword was "beefburgers". This has always struck me as a rather silly word. I can only assume that it came about because somebody thought that the "ham" at the front of "hamburgers" referred to the meat involved, rather than the simple fact that the dish originated in Hamburg.

It makes about as much sense as calling a frankfurter a porkfurter.
