The unit can be set by the camera (± 3 stops exposure compensation and power settings from full to 1/16th).
Cauliflower will last a couple of weeks in the fridge in water if you cut the excess leaves and some of the stalk off (treating it like a bunch of flowers or buds which is exactly what it is really!)There were cauliflowers in the market yesterday but no spuds!
My evening meal (a creamy cheesy veg pie with a egg surprise) had the creamy cheesy sauce made out of cauliflower. It had worked surprisingly well.My wife is on a mission for spuds today so I could possibly have a chance tomorrow (we have 3 medium size caulies).

Now where do you get Melton Mowbray pies in Thailand - or do you make them?
My mind is slightly boggling. You went to Hong Kong to get them? Maybe that isn't so far to go for you but looks like a lot of miles to me! Are they imported to M&S in Hong Kong from Melton Mowbray?
But were they made in Melton Mowbray? I've been to the shop there...I have no idea how they get to M & S Hong Kong; my Barnsley mate comes over to Bangkok yearly for medical treatment and brought four with him. [Edit: He lives in Hong Kong]
