Plans for today (2019-2022)

Trying on a stab proof vest. One of the biggest causes of violence here in the Balkans is land. Tomorrow we have to sign papers in Tommo's home town Drnis. It's up in the mountains and Tommo is one of 7 brothers. The family is feudal. One of the problems is he fell out with them when he married my wife's Serbian mother. He told them to stick the land he inherited from his father up their nationalist bums. He never legally transferred it. The other six divided it including two houses. The Notary has deemed 25% of it is my wife's. He also stated he has had no legal objection, that's not these hill billy's style. I'm quite excited.
 
We visited the local indoor market (the only one and very small; just one passageway) to buy mutton. I'll prepare it later today.

I'm not sure if what you are buying fits that description? Here there is a fairly clear distinction between mutton and lamb and lamb is much more easily available everywhere.

Same definition here, and mutton is VERY hard to get. Very little demand for it, it seems. I've never had it, or seen it in a supermarket.

I'm in town today, and it's pouring down with rain. Off to the market shortly to find things for supper and to get a salad box for lunch.
 
A bit of drama, nothing but big mouths. Today is my six month mot. One blood test needs fasting so only water this morning. Thankfully its very warm for this time of year 25c so they may not use the veins on the back of my hands. Then the flu jab. Our new butcher is near my beautiful doctors (6 ft tall blond blue eyed 28 yrs old Tina ). When it's hot Tina wears a white smock type thing with very little underneath. I need to discuss with the butcher a suckling pig for christmas.

I recommend either taking it easy...or having another dose of that pizza (the best cure is the hair of the dog that bit you, as they say).

Thank you Tasty, I am able only to keep drinking herbal tea and eating boiled rice at the moment.
I might try later the upper level with Eggs in Purgatory, just to stay on the topic somehow...
 
I am just about to lie down on the couch for a snooze. Every year I have the flu jab I feel Krapow for two days. Mrs Blank will prep for tonight's
Chinese meal. I will drag myself selflessly from my slumbers to work my wok and woll magic. She is demanding I wear a mask so I don't sneeze any foreign bodies (snot) into the dish. Why are some women so predictable when it comes to hygiene in the kitchen ?
