Plans for today (2023)

My new routine for the next year

8:30am wake up, Breakfast, Loud Prayer like a mantra, Meditation, Intense sport, Education in food and mental health, Stretching and massage, Social time, Work, Sleep

Who else like to have daily routines?
I think routines are great for forming healthy habits but personally having no choice but routine for donkeys years just to be able to fit everything into a day means now the less routine the happier I am!

Cup of tea on waking is the only routine I never break.
Well itā€™s happened twice when thereā€™s been no tea and I wonā€™t say too much about it but if you were in the UK in 2014 you might remember there were a couple of earthquakes..
 
Iā€™m getting that youā€™re big into the satay sauce at the moment. Itā€™s one of my families favourites so Iā€™d be interested to hear what your version entails?

1 onion chopped finely.
Evoo to cook
Decent slugger of fish sauce
Jar of peanut butter
Water to thicken.
Dessert spoon brown sugar.
P.b here is 375 mg

Nothing until 12.30 pm then pick up islas lunch for her and her posse. Portia is sick today so I'm gunna be saving about $10.
Few minor things like pick up oil 5 litre pack.
Pick mate dafyd up at 2.30 then jono and head pub drinking and gambling.
Prolly pick up a burger on way home.
I like Wednesdays.

Weekday - up at around 6:30AM, first bathroom visit, make tea for me, second bathroom visit, drink tea while browsing internet, make tea for MrsT, have bowl of cold cereal at 8:30AM, shower, log in for work at 9AM.

Weekend - up closer to 7AM, first bathroom visit, make coffee for both, second bathroom visit, drink coffee while browsing internet, shower, have proper cooked breakfast around 9:30AM, leave the house at 11AM for my Saturday farting around while MrsT calls her friend in Florida.

I wouldnā€™t knock it! It obviously works.
I am surprised not to see soy sauce in there but I can guess the fish sauce is taking care of the salty end of things! I donā€™t like a lot of heat either but I donā€˜t mind a bit of red Thai paste in there to change it up a bit sometimes.

In all seriousness, letā€™s say you were in the area, Iā€™d say, ā€œOh, yer close tah <some breakfast joint> - meet us there in 30 minutesā€¦but Iā€™m bringinā€™ a thermos oā€™ tea, ā€˜cause you canā€™t drink what they call tea!ā€ :laugh:
