Later, I'll be snugging in bed with my book and a cup of tea, the salt from my tears adding an unexpected taste to my cuppa.

Just a bit of you and the new system bedding in? Or time to look for pastures new?
Nop, just a lot of frustration with the new system. Tasks that used to take me 1 minute are taking upwards of 5,if not more. It will be like this until I get used to the new system.

I'm not celebrating Thanksgiving but when I have guests over I always set the table the day before. It's one less thing to worry about on the actual day the guests come and when I will already be busy with cooking.
Either my sister or I will be setting the table while food is cooking. Probably, it will be me, as my sister will need to go pick up my mom and bring her to her house. It won't be fancy -- no white tablecloth or good China. We don't do that kind of thing anymore.

My boyfriend could set the table while I cook, but I actually enjoy setting the table myself, and choosing the right combination of plates, and selecting the serving dishes, and deciding how I will present different the kinds of food, and making sure everything looks nice
You think I’m bad, I spoke with my niece yesterday - they’ve already had two Thanksgiving meals, and will probably have another one before the one on the day itself…and their house is fully decorated for Christmas!You haven't set the table yet? There's only nine days till Thanksgiving!
