Mine were done on Tuesday and miraculously they still look clean on day three. I think thats a record!

Work, but a good type of work. My husband and I are going to do a paid late lunch (breakfast for me) assignment with a generous food reimbursement and nothing else but the report to write afterwards. Tomorrow back to the grindstone with another 6 days or so of other stuff.

Today will be spent getting my new work laptop restored from my current one and set up with all the additional utilities and software I need for my job.

Now that I work from home, I have to do that myself - they FedEx’d me a new laptop with instructions on what I need to do, and it’s an all-day task to get it up and operational, then another several hours to get all the extra stuff installed and working.

When I was office-bound, we had a service do that - they’d send a third-party tech out to handle it, and it was basically a day off in the office. I’d have to stay nearby for periodic password entry, but couldn’t do any actual work. Now I have to do it all. Unfair!

Well half the day is gone, but I'd planned 2 hours in the garden (done) and to watch the IPL (done).
Next on the list is to make some red onion chutney because someone called and asked for it.

I popped to the supermarket for a few bits of food, and managed to end up buying way too much.
At least I can stay away from the shops on the weekend
Still in rest mode here, I was pretty much wiped out for 2 days, I'm definitely feeling human again
