Seems to be liked by the same people who like Mrs Brown's Boys. Which says all you need to know.
I'm surprised too. I had all sorts of problems finding thin cut streaky bacon when I was in the UK last year. I eventually found some, but it was difficult.

The christmas tree is up. It's been like that for a week. However, there's nothing on it yet. I imagine we'll get round to that in the next 10 days or so...

I’ve never seen that, but two of my brothers are devoted fans.
Mrs Brown’s Boys, I don’t know how to describe it, but the punchlines you can see coming from a mile away…and when they arrive, they fall flat, and if I remember correctly (I’ve seen it once), it’s laugh-track heavy, which I have a hard time with.
Not the same. Trailer Park Boys was shot in a pseudo-documentary style, and there weren't staged jokes. It was just a bunch of knuckleheads doing what knuckleheads do, often involving some scheme to make a lot of money fast.
