Cashew and a brazil nut ground, 1 tbs of millet flour, 2 egg pancake with homemade plum jam.
Lovely!

Breakfast - Eggs Benedict (sour dough muffin and fried honey ham), corned beef hash. And a cup of fresh ground beans coffee.

Thank you, you've just reminded me to take my final antibiotic of the 3rd course for bone infection in my jaw. Not 100% convinced it has totally cleared up but I'm sick and tired of them. This last course was 10 days as well. Anyhow I'm at the doctors on Thursday for something else, so if it hasn't cleared I'm sure I'll know by then. I did last time round.

I'll be getting ready soon to visit my dentist. Gotta leave at 1 pm. Possibly a saga of its own, but let's see.

Looks good. You could just say crusted! But its encrusted'.

Scrambled egg over toast, no pics. This one was different, because I used my sundried tomato-basil compound butter, and it was delicious.

I made DH some grits with cheddar cheese, sliced turkey pieces, and some bacon, topped with 2 over-medium eggs. I just finished a cup of coffee (already drank my cup of tea).

I had white nectarine with Greek yoghurt ( and later added puffed wheat) plus wholegrain sourdough toast with homemade hummus, and some mixed nuts

Thanks it's basically my standard breakfast, which I thought was too boring to post here sometimes I switch the nuts up for a boiled egg
