If it were me, and a neighbor gave me 8 lovely orbs, I'd freeze them, diced.
I did taste a bit of citrus, I'm sure to prevent browning and I'd spread them out on a lined sheet pan to "flash freeze" `em and bag `em.
They were a bit soft once defrosted, I might keep that in mind.
But for the Avocado Toast, it was fine.
I next want to try Avocado Cream Sauce, like they kind I had on a Taco from a truck, YUM!!
