"I'm ready for my close-up, Mr. DeMille:"

I love runny yolks hot. I don't like them cold. So if I cut into an egg and try to get a photo (this is often more like 5 or 6 than 1), my yolk is cold by the time I eat it.
The egg is always the last thing I do (we also had bacon, but that got eaten while the potatoes were frying), because I want my egg to be reasonably warm when I eat it.

I've stated before that I'm not terribly picky about my eggs; MrsT is the opposite, so frequently, she'll give each fried egg a close inspection, trying to determine which one is better suited to her tastes, and that can take a few minutes, so sometimes, it gets a little cold.

Eggs are always last cooked and last onto a warmed plate here but cold runny yolks still happen, perhaps our eggs are just more raw? Being so fresh and knowing the life of the chooks, food and health etc, we're quite happy to eat them almost raw, though I've had to train him to actually get the whites to go, well, white. That's not his best skill! Runny yolks are his best skill with an egg.

Remembering his pockets are full of them is also not his best skill!

My breakfast today features my first use of a flag/paddle skewer. Breakfast was a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast muffin with Canadian bacon tossed in. A hash brown patty is a side, as usual, and a glass of lemon water is also there to wash it all down. A cut up tomato rounds things out.
