I had leftover tuna casserole with my homemade egg noodles. I wanted a California handroll but I forgot I didn't have any sushi rice in the frige so I cooked some. I'll eat handrolls tomorrow.

Breakfast burritos: scrambled eggs (scrambled in sour cream), Chipotle chicken, bacon, fresh tomato salsa, Monterey jack cheese, and cheddar cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla. DH had 2.
For one thing, it should be Tone Loc, but autocorrect blah blah blah.

Becoming a standard thing now that I can get good eggs for cheap. Happy Farms slice cheese on a hash brown patty topped with an egg.
