The CookingBites recipe challenge: garlic

Okay, I have been waffling between 2 ingredients, but have finally decided. Couscous, either the North African kind or the Israeli kind.

Apparently there is also Lebanese (slightly larger 'grains' than the Israeli pearl couscous). Shall I just add 'any type' to the top post in the new thread?
