The CookingBites recipe challenge: non-sparkling alcohol

Thanks, everyone!

Today’s my first day back to work (and I’m leaving again Wednesday for several days), so I’ll get a new ingredient named sometime later today. That way, everyone can get cooking while I’m away.
 
Ok…new ingredient is one we haven’t had since 2019 (and I think before I ever joined here) - mustard!

You can use bottled/jarred prepared mustards, ground dry mustard, and mustard seeds. You can even make your own mustard. Mustard it is!
