The problem is that carrots are one of the few vegetables that I don't like. I don't mind a raw carrot, but cooked carrots...yik.

No-where does it say they have to be cooked.

Or that you actually like the recipe that you are posting up

I know what you mean. I have refrained from posting recipes that I can't modify to eat myself as well...

I was wondering because I saw tons of carrot recipes coming from you.

Only question is, can we take the dogs word on it?

My 'girls' are dependable. You can take their word and if things turn out as plan, I will let them speak for themselves.
