Welcome to the CookingBites recipe challenge. The current challenge ingredient is pickle* and Herbaceous is our judge. Seems to me that most vegetables or fruit can be pickled. Also mushrooms. And, of course, fish (including shellfish). So...

What are you doing with all the juice? Pickle liquid counts as a challenge ingredient...
