Some fantastic entries for this challenge. Only one hour to go so any late entrants please hurry! Judging this is going to be very difficult so I am going to enlist some help over the lunch table and will post up the winner later this afternoon.

Well, its all over now. Thanks to @winterybella, @Elawin, @SatNavSaysStraightOn, @Caribbean girl, @classic33 and @morning glory (I think that's eveyone) for all your excellent entries, which range from punch-packing everyday supper dishes to quirky, restaurant quality creations. A particular mention to @classic33 and @morning glory for the quantity as well as quality of entries made. I was hugely tempted by @classic33's Green Tomato Cake and Old Fashioned Tomato pie - I shall be trying out both of these later in the year when my tomatoes are in full flood, but the winner has to be @morning glory;s Tomato, Brie and Goat;s Cheese Tart - a classic cheese and tomato pairing that really hits the spot with an unashamed cheese addict like me! Credit must also go for the obvious amount of work she put in, not only creating and cooking her entries but for the qualtiy of presentation and photography of her dishes as well. Congratulations @morning glory - over to you for the next challenge!

Wow! Thank you so much. Quite by chance, I had just made the tart when the new ingredient was announced. I'll have a quick think about the next ingredient.

Ok - the next ingredient for the recipe challenge is beans - any sort of beans, fresh, dried or tinned. A quick Google for 'bean recipes' lists approx. 20,200,000 results, so there is no shortage of material! :D

We could debate what is a bean and not a bean... is a chickpea a bean? I sense a can of worms may be about to be opened.... For the sake of argument, I'm including chickpeas which are also known as garbanzo beans but I'm not including cocoa beans or coffee beans.
