Don't use any iron based pans or cooking implements. Copper pans are out for similar reasons. Pyrex, risk of glass(hardened) fragments.
Wooden cooking implements can cross contaminate. Glues used in some are banned as household glues. Plastic ones, the release agents can kill. "Overdose" limit is that small you're actually advised to clean them before use. Usually with a liquid soap that has come from a plastic containter!
