Farcical and inflammatory misrepresentation...never mind.

Calm down!

It's all a question of degree....none of what you compare it to here is in the same league, i.e. found to carcinogenic as PFOA has e.g. in non stick cookware.

What is carcinogenic about organic food? Are you feeling OK?
Only the methods(procsses) used to grow them. Don't eat any root vegetables, they soak everything up from the ground. Storing it for you to eat.

Very vague and you are obviously not familiar with organic agriculture.

I wonder if you can you be specific in what organic vegetables you are implying are carcinogenic and why?

No backtracking, just clarifying that what's done or used isn't classed as a food additive.

A bit like yourself, and "mainly Teflon". Major change from non-stick foodware.

Don't eat organic, don't touch anything commercially farmed/produced as there's a chance of cancer(depending on who you want to believe), whichever you eat.

Don't use any iron based pans or cooking implements. Copper pans are out for similar reasons. Pyrex, risk of glass(hardened) fragments.

Wooden cooking implements can cross contaminate. Glues used in some are banned as household glues. Plastic ones, the release agents can kill. "Overdose" limit is that small you're actually advised to clean them before use. Usually with a liquid soap that has come from a plastic containter! What's the current news as regards these containers?
Ok, trying to understand here - you don't eat organic or commercially produced food. You don't cook in iron, copper, glass or teflon coated pans. What do you eat and how do you cook it? Genuine question...

That's if you choose to believe everything is bad(down to what may happen if something used in the manufacturing process) is still present, and you're taking ten times the safe limit as per the test mentioned.

Even they said it was unlikely to happen, even giving the only possible way it could happen. That being to overheat the item to the point of a flash fire. Draft report not completed since 2005, drawn up over two years!

The warning for plastic drinks bottles has been in place for some years. It's also why you're told to wash the items prior to use.

But if you want to avoid Teflon as mentioned at the start, later mainly Teflon, and an industrial item also found in many relase agents, you've got to change your way of living.

That, or you find out the real danger you're facing from any item.

When I started to pay into my pension the retirement age was 65 [for men]. When exactly was I given the opportunity to agree or disagree to it being changed ? Had this been a private scheme with a private company to suddenly change the rules without either consultation or agreement would have been illegal. As for setting up a private pension - well that is fine if you are still young enough to do so and if you do so you should therefore be able to opt out of the state pension scheme. I paid in all my working life only to be faced with what in effect amount to a criminal act - an act of fraud.
As for pensions applying to UK citizens or overseas citizens please explain exactly where it states that "you must remain in the UK to receive your pension" {yep that one you've paid into all your life} - what next "you must live in your town of birth" or "you must still reside in you family home" ?
Further until more people realise that ANY election manifesto is simply a tissue of lies woven to con the public out of their votes then the abysmal system of politicians working for themselves will not change. NO manifesto is in any way a binding document and any promises made in one can be either ignored 'forgotten' or just reneged on at the whim of the political party involved.
More I must say I find it odd that a basic MPs salary is now more or less £80.000 a year - almost three times the average wage [and that is the basic salary] will someone please explain how an individual can possibly understand the problems faced by a pensioner - a family on benefits - a single parent when on such a massive pay scale [one I also note they voted for themselves].
Now we are faced with a minimum of five years of total chaos - infighting, back biting and never ending self opinionated tripe that will achieve nothing.
At least with one party [of whatever colour] we might achieve something good or bad - now a total shambles [and one that will cost millions - the gravy train keeps on rolling].

Totally with you on that one. Still, a "hung parliament", a good start. They all deserve it.

If you find "root vegetable" vague, I'm stuck for an easier way to explain it.

As for the farming side, I'm not unfamiliar with it.

The one you voted for never got in?

Try and not evade the questions if you can...I am asking specifically what is it about organic veg that you say is carcinogenic. Perhaps you have no answer?
