I knew a lady who was told she had endometriosis sp?? But went on to have two kids.

rascal this person has endometriosis too which is a common cause of infertility in women especially whem severe. Basically uterine cells move out of the uterus and start "glueing" to other organs.
 
Another Hurricane is hitting Louisiana, as I type. Gamma is hitting just about the same place that Laura did. Gamma has dropped to a Cat-2 storm as it goes ashore.

ElizabethB will probably get some strong winds and heavy rains, but should be okay. Perhaps she will check in -- if her power stays on. That will be a big problem all over SW Louisiana and SE Texas over the next 12 hours, or so. It always is.

For those in the US who are interested, ALDI will have their annual wine advent calendars (plus others, like beer and cheese calendars) on sale starting Nov 4.

These sell out almost immediately, so if you're interested, get there before opening, and bring your knock-em-out stick with you to defend your place in line.

Actually it's cells from the uterine lining (endometrium) that are sloughed every month, AKA your period.

Ok, this is a wonderfully weird little movie. It starts out as a proper drama, about a 40ish man with a sad life who signs up with a secret club to send a dominatrix after him at random times to basically beat him up/humiliate him in public. He never knows when it's coming.

About halfway through, though, it turns into a sort of absurd comedy-action movie where he's trying to get out of the club. On top of that, within the movie, there is a group of critics watching the movie and commenting on it as you go along. Fun and strange!

And, regardless of that pic and of the subject matter, there's no nudity or sexual situations. It's just various women in leather/latex beating up a fellow occasionally.

That's too bad. They're wildly popular here. They limit each person to three, and the line forms well before opening the morning of.

Food-themed advent calendars are all the rage the last few years. We just ordered a Bonne Maman one for a friend (she saw ours from last year and flipped her wig for it).
