Breakfast Tacos sounds amazing right about now.
I have had some amazing bbq there. I also noted that the SaltLick restaurant in the airport was garbage compared to the actual restaurant, and in general there was no shortage of options for smoked/bbq goodness all over town.
Yeah, never go to the airport versions of any good BBQ joint. The Salt Lick in Driftwood is pretty good, but if you drive out of the city for BBQ, go to Louis Mueller's in Taylor. Their brisket and beef ribs are outstanding -- my favorites. Lunch only, and like most of the good BBQ places, when they run out of BBQ, that's it for the day.
Another great is Snow's BBQ in Lexington. The Pitmaster is a 80-ish year old woman.
