This is by an ICU nurse covering shifts on the ward (extra money or ICU is empty) who saw me at the start of my stay. Apparently I look dehydrated. My bladder disagrees.

That's so annoying when you already feel you drink enough! But the ICU nurse must know what she's doing.. so I'm sorry your bladder isn't agreeing with it!

Washing is on the line for the 1st time this year, it won't get too dry but better to be outside to take off the edge. Normally at this time of year it is in the spare room on the airer but as we are decorating we do not have a spare room at the moment so it has been in the lounge which I don't like.

I've always drunk a lot of liquid. 4l isn't an issue the doctors are actual happy with that. My GP has always been aware of that. Colour of urine is good. Breathing is easier with a moist throat and with my asthma that's needed.

As have I although it's many years since I've drunk more than 4 litres/day.

It has been nice during the day here, too. Things are supposed to get dicey later today. Severe storms moving through late in the afternoon. Ah yes, it is Springtime in North Texas. It could be really bad, or it could be just some rain. Ya' just never know.

It's a weird thing. The topography where I live is somehow not conducive to tornados. Large hail... hail yes, but not tornadoes. My car will NOT be leaving my garage after about 2PM today.

Yes. I've been hit by golf ball sized hail. I held something over my head, and was only exposed for a few seconds. I had bruises from the body shots. I was running to try to rescue my new car. I got about ten feet, and turned back.

That hail storm caused a small private airplane to crash about a mile from my apartment.

I’m not sure if we have one, but feel free to start one. I know we have a least a couple of members who use bread makers.

I also have wrist/hand issues, so I just use my stand mixer to do the kneading and go from there.

Do you have a stand mixer? Most stand mixers have dough hooks that come with or are available as attachments.

We had a bread maker long ago that I ended up using just to mix dough because I didn't like the crust it provided. When it died, we didn't replace because the stand mixer did the same job plus a lot more.
