Mr.Cat is still not doing that well, he's sleeping a lot and doesn't want to eat yet again. We'll have to give him pills by hand and hope they return his appetite. He's still very passive.

Update: talked to the vet and they have a gummy to put the pill in that tastes good to the cat so I'm picking that up today.

It’s quite the thing when your pets unwell.
Anyone who has had a beloved pet knows how much they mean to us, they say you’re only as happy as your most unhappy child, well I‘d add or pet to that.

🤞🤞🤞

We've seen the vet again yesterday, who has confirmed he's not in pain. Still, we don't think he will make it unless the meds make him interested in food and drink again. Right now he only drinks from a syringe and refuses all food. So it's not looking good. But he's 19 and not in pain so hopefully he recovers but if not at least we can make his days comfortable until the end.

Hopefully that’s what’s going to happen 19 is a spectacular age but I can guess he’s been well looked after 😊

Hard as it is if he’s not in pain and is surrounded by the love of his human caring for him at home at the end it couldn’t be better.

🤗

He's started moving on his own again and is now drinking again , just not eating yet. Looks like he might still get through.

But you're right, either way we're at peace with it. I cried almost all day yesterday because it was unexpected, but of course 19 ( 105 in cats years according to the vet) is an impressive number. So whatever happens is OK, as long as he's not in pain.

It wasn't as good as imagined, but I'm gonna look how it's in 1-2 weeks. It doesn't seem like my needs are getting met, as I wanted to have a challenge.

They're not having a challenge I've learned for the last few years.
If it's not what you're hoping for just keep looking, nothing wrong with wanting to climb higher but keep them for the income as long as you need to 😊 good luck!
