Our forecast keeps changing, and now they’re saying 8-12 inches of snow, with ice underneath, starting this afternoon and into the morning…and I have a doc’s appointment 40 minutes away first thing tomorrow.

I may not make that, as if we have that much snow, even if I shovel the drive at 0-dark-30, the road won’t have been plowed - we’re always one of the last ones to see the plowman.

I'm not sure how, 3 hours SW of us, it's lower lows than here. But I see a day where it looks like you will have full sun. If you look at our weather image, the days where the sun is barely peaking from behind a cloud means it might come out 15 minutes to an hour.

It's been around 22-23C for the last few days, and I wear a sweater all day long!

Today has been a very expensive day for gas heating but that's because it snowed!!

Despite the wet forecast for today, it is blue skies and sunshine here. I'm about to water the garden just in case it rains so it can absorb some target than just run off.

Started the first of what will likely be several shovelings - I’d rather shovel two inches six times than 12 inches once.

We’ve got about 1.5 inches so far, and it’s light and powdery, so it wasn’t too bad. I like shoveling snow when it’s like that. Still coming down, though, so I’ll likely do it once more before bedtime.
