Gratin dauphinois, beef sausage, green beans
Spicy pasta bake with mozzarella (veg)
Madras curry with roasted pork tenderloin
Spanish tortilla omelette with salad (veg)
Duck liver pate, confit onions, pickled veg and artisan bread
Roast potatoes and courgette with beer battered cod
Pepperoni pizza (homemade)

This is the list for this week, the days are interchangable for when I feel like cooking it.

I bounce round, I always keep a well stocked pantry and fridge. So I cook whatever I choose that day. Then I also go for weeks at a time planning meals. I always have holiday meals and luncheons well planned. I focus too, on an ingredient and plan around that. It's slightly different than meal planning.
 
I ran my daughter home yesterday and knew she was coming tonight for dinner, so I asked her what she wanted tonight. I made exactly what she wanted and it was heaven. She also said she loved and hadn't had a dressed sausage in ages so I took some beef sausys out the freezer last night. I sent her home with one to reheat for a snack. She was over the moon getting two things she loves.

Haven't been doing a lot of menu planning lately, but I do plan on making:

A cheese-and-bacon omelette with potatoes on the side for breakfast tomorrow
Chili Mac
Bacon-And-Swiss Cheese dip
Pasta With Vodka Cream Sauce
French Onion Soup & Apple-Walnut Salad
 
Tonight at work so had left over Ethiopian Chicken
Tomorrow shop bought Chicken and Bacon pancakes.
Friday, Mushroom risotto Pronto with garlic bread and side salad
Saturday, Chicken in sweet and sour sauce
Sunday, possibly salmon, not sure
Monday ???
 
Tomorrow, Chicken with Spicy Garbanzo/Chickpeas.
Tuesday on late shift at work so leftovers of some kind.
Not sure of rest of week yet.
