Extension of the weekly menu I posted earlier:

Sage Chicken & Carrots W/ Chives

Rosemary Split Pea Soup & Crusty Rolls

I'm finding I'm having a devil of a time getting my weekly menu in sync with my weekly grocery order. 😠
 
We still haven't gotten to our tapas and empanadas meals, so they're on the menu again, though it's tapas night tonight. Rest of menu:

Asian pork sliders with noodle salad
lamb souvlaki with grilled tomatoes and onions, tzatziki, and flatbread
Browned butter orecchiette with Italian sausage and sage
Chicken and andouille strudel with collards
Cuban chicken and corn pie with black beans
Asian skirt steak with grilled scallions plus a tomato, shisho, pepper salad
 
Tomato Basil Chicken
Mashed Potatoes
Chipotle Chicken Tacos
Mexican Rice
Garlic Smashed Potatoes
Mediterranean Chickpea Salad
Dessert - Peanut Butter Swirl Bars

Fish moqueca
Wokella with what I have in the fridge: chicken, bell peppers, shrimp
Boiled hake fish with vegetables is usually my dinner
Monkfish rice next saturday, I'll be inviting my granny
Homemade lactose-free yogurt with homemade lemon curd and will probably puree peaches once lemon curd is over
May try a gluten-free naan recipe
