We still have Walmart style supermarkets. They stayed as ‘Asda’ when Walmart bought them and they tried some rebranding but apparently they found the workforce and environment hostile and eventually gave up
One of those times when the differences in cultural norms and food habits are too far apart.

I sleep butt-nekkid 365 days a year - pajamas are what I change into before going to bed, just to have something more comfortable than trousers and shirt of some sort.

Growing up, it was a sin of the highest order to show your face before showering and dressing, and to do so would result a severe verbal reprimand at best, and a severe ass-whipping at worst, so my routine was always wake up, pee, shower, get dressed, breakfast.

Nowadays, I’ve relaxed a bit and it’s wake up, pee, tea, shower, get dressed, breakfast.

The first 4 hours today, I was wearing a scruffy pair of jeans and a stinky T shirt - gardening kit.
Now I'm wearing a decent pair of jeans and my RAF ( Royal Ale Force) T-shirt.
