Drippy egg!

My wife made a childhood favourite of mine, Shake-n-Bake pork chops.
Sides were apple sauce and mashed cauliflower.

It was as delicious as I remembered it.

Last night was salmon on toast. With a big glass of milk. Tonight I havnt decided yet?

Deep fried egg in spicy batter with dill potato cake. I am so pleased with this (in principle) - and I love the way it looks. I made this for The CookingBites Cookalong: Deep Fried Eggs based on an entry from @Herbie: Egg Pakoras. BIG HINT - we need more participants please for the Cookalong. I need to do more work on getting the batter lighter. This is one occasion when I've used a patterned plate in a food photo.

I've another idea to try out. Not had much cooking time the past 10 days as have been dealing with a flooded cellar. Hopefully this weekend.

I'm going to enter the Amish milk bread and the croque monsieur sammie, just haven't gotten around to typing up yet. Plus, I have plans for a molecular gastronomy entry using coconut milk in a couple of ways.

I presume you mean for the The CookingBites Recipe Challenge: Milk & Cream not the The CookingBites Cookalong: Deep Fried Eggs.
