Can be, but not always. So if they are cooked 'sunny side up' are they basted with fat to 'film over' the yolk?

That's how I like eggs fried. I'll have to remember that.Over easy means they are flipped over and cooked just long enough to close the eye (yolk).
The danger is that they burst, though...That's how I like eggs fried. I'll have to remember that.
Not the way I cook them. I wait until the white has really set, then pick them up on a fish slice and hold them just above the pan before flipping them over. Not 100%, but breakages are rareThe danger is that they burst, though...
Break the yolk and flip once, and that's just referred to as a fried egg.
My wife made ground (mince) turkey tacos, side of refried beans and long grain white rice.
I only had 1 taco since I wasn't very hungry after a hearty breakfast. I'll eat later. I'm off in a few minutes to go see my friend's new (used) yacht. He was taking care of his elderly father for the past decade, and after his father passed last summer, he decided to sell the house and buy a yacht to live on. It's slipped across from NYC on the Hudson river. Great views. I can't wait to see her.
