I have a mutt too that stealing the food hidden while I'm distracted..mostly meatballs..:happy:
Bet your mutt isn't as fast as my one :roflmao: By the way, I added garlic and a bay leaf to the milk for the sauce, and after the cheese was added I whisked an egg into it before gently heating it through. Much more tasty.
 
...and I just scoffed a bitter orange and raisin muffin (made yesterday):

Looks very delicious.....what do you mean with parsley butter? Is the parsley cooked into butter or a kind of butter with parsley inside?

Beef filet, poached egg, tomatoes, jacket potatoes (with parsley butter), mushrooms and English mustard.

The potatoes were re-heated in the microwave. I first added butter then sprinkled dried parsley over the top.
