What did you cook/eat today (March 2017)?

We had Japanese/Korean tonight.

Steamed shrimp shu mai, steam tofu and kimchee dumplings, panko breaded fried butterflied shrimp, kimcjee tofu, and a little leftover pork bulgogi in lettuce wraps with ssamjang and shredded scallions. Side of Haru Haru rice.

I'll look for the thread, thanks. I love eggs of all kinds.
My Mom used to feed us raw eggs blended into chocolate milk on cold winter days when I was a kid. She called it a Norwegian egg nog. (Mom is a true blue Norsk)
I don't know about cold weather, but I have a nice shiny coat of fur on me.

Good looking stuffed peppers, Pete. What are they stuffed with?
It looks like you roasted them? Do you pre-cook your peppers in any way before stuffing and cooking?
They're filled with pre-cooked mince and onion, with some HP brown sauce and cracked black pepper.
All I did with the peppers was de-seed and stuff them then pop them in the oven Gas Mk6 for 35 minutes.

Nice and easy meal before work!
