Lunch was at our local pub, beef baguette

I cannot claim credit for any of those factors. The background was the kitchen table, the light came in through the window and the camera angle merely chosen to cut out the rest of the debris on the table - wine, cutlery, napkins etc. Just one of those lucky shots I guess.

In which case just remember for next time!

I used to know this chap who owned a hardware shop (a small corner shop). Apparently he often received phone calls from giggling teenagers asking about whether he did various items...

We went to the Turkish Mangal for tea. That is both main meals eaten out today. We are naughty, back to being good and healthy tomorrow though.

I removed the 3 big slabs of stuffing on the top (I don't like ) and didn't eat all the chips as I wasn't expecting quite so much. Our evening meal was light.

Gorgeous as ever @morning glory. I confess I'm a little uncertain about how much I would like this dish, but that photograph makes me want to try.
