What did you cook/eat today (October 2017)?

Dinner tonight. Well, we call this one "Baked, stuffed potatoes". However, I nuke the potatoes, and they are more smothered than stuffed. I don't care what you call them, I say they were yummy. Trust me when I tell you there IS a russet potato under all of that ham, broccoli, and cheese.

Your dish is so visually appealing that I would have to try it even though I do NOT like Tofu.

I have never acquired a taste for tofu, it is generally quite bland and needs a lot of sauce to give it flavour, have tried it many times but doesn't appeal.

The tofu was marinated overnight in tarragon, vinegar and sugar marinade - you might both be surprised how much taste it acquires...

Hubby and I are going to our friends' house for dinner tonight. They live in Lodi, a very nice city in the south of Lombardia. I think we'll have something with rice and/or pumpkin. I'm only afraid about the fog. That area is very famous for it.

Now that to me would be described as a pie or pasty, I recognise samosa as a triangular Indian snack.

Yes...I did apologize for being lazy in maintaining the shape in the recipe post. And, I also did stuff them pretty full: that was a round, triangle-ish shape before I cut it open. :whistling:
