Salads, and an Italian traybake. Sausage, green/yellow/orange bell peppers, red onion, Vidalia sweet onion. Grated a little bit of the undisputed king of cheese on top. Made little piggies of ourselves. *burp*

I had some pepperoni and mozzarella doing nothing in the fridge. So I constructed this.
with mushrooms. chilis and black olives.
Tofu doesn't appeal to me at all. I wonder whether it could be adapted to use paneer instead? Paneer doesn't really have any flavour of its own, so it wouldn't taste cheesy.

George hurt himself.
I perfectly understand - but there is tofu and then there is properly cooked tofu...I last ate tofu in a Chinese restaurant in Bangsar (a suburb of Kuala Lumpur) 20 years ago. The same restaurant that I experienced chrysanthemum soup for the first time. I shall not make an intentional effort to repeat the experience with either of them..
