The celebrity chefs tend to launch their restaurants, then go back to the studio. I’ve eaten at many celebrity restaurants, but have yet to see a celebrity.

Mid week catch up with my good friend, few beers this arvo in our local, few bets and fish n chips on the way home. Piece of fish and a meat pattie and half a scoop chips for a chip buttie.

Yesterday I made Poussin in Vine Leaves with Grapes:

I made them again, spaghetti with baked cherry tomatoes, black garlic and guanciale..in a month and a half roughly, I prepared them three times.
I think I could start to define them as one of my favorite comfort foods.

Baked and Loaded Mediterranean-style baked potato stuffed with chopped tomato, red onion, olives, feta and sour cream. The spillover was used for topping over a mixed greens salad.
