So many delicious looking meals here!

Monday night was a lamb curry that I knocked over on Sunday morning as I firmly believe curry is best the next day. Especially tomato based red meat ones. This particular curry is one of my own, developed at least 20 years ago & is known Frizz’s Lamb Curry.

I am intending to have smoked ham tomorrow (or Friday). It is very unlikely to look as pretty as yours.
