What did you cook or eat today (April 2020)?

Was suddenly out of energy so I steamed some Chinese bbq chicken buns for dinner. Siracha on the side.

The weather was decent today, so I did a low-n-slow cook on the Weber Kettle. I used a mix of charcoal and pecan wood to smoke a Pork Butt (Pork Shoulder, Boston Butt). I used the meat for tacos today. I'll make some BBQ sauce tomorrow and do some pulled pork sandwiches. I should easily get 3 to 4 meals (and many snacks) out of it.
