What did you cook or eat today (April 2020)?

I'm probably not going to see any this year.

We ordered takeout last night from a local Seafood grill called "Bonefish Mac's". First time, since my opinion of most seafood places is pretty low. I only ordered clam chowder and fried clam strips seafood wise and Cajun Blackened chicken pasta. The chowder was pretty good, the clams were way over breaded and lets just say they need some education in "Blackening" technique.

Tell us what you cooked or ate today. Photos appreciated but not at all necessary.

We had pizza from the former Indian- now Italian restaurant. I have to say it was great! They clearly add the same love to their pizza's as they did to their curries, so we will keep visiting them once in a while. We will miss the curries though.

This is a vegetarian pizza with mixed vegetables and ricotta, on an amazingly light and thin crust.
Curry pizza. Just sayin'

I adore good pizza and I absolutely love curry but i'm sorry, never the twain should meet...i'm open as anyone to new concepts and I may even change my mind if I tried it, I suppose it may work if you think of the pizza element as naan bread but right now it just....well it scares me.:stop:

I've had, and made, chili beef pizza. But never thought of curry pizza.

Now you're making me want to make one. I'm thinking naan bread with tikka masala would be excellent (I have of course eaten tikka masala with naan bread, but not with the tikka masala baked onto it). Would adding paneer cheese be too weird? Hmmmm...only one way to find out!

Can't remember if I've posted this... but we're still eating it

Birthday cake. Contains 6 bars of chocolate. So that's ½ a bar per slice...

Last night was ratatouile (nothing like the correct spelling, sorry and out of the freezer) with roasted tempeh. We bailed on pasta because neither of us was that hungry.

I also made up some more soya yoghurt, another loaf of bread and a quadruple batch of baked almond feta cheese.
