I've never heard of this dish. It's right up my alley. If you have a recipe I would like to see what it's all about. Pastry looks yummy. Cheers and welcome back. ☺️

This is a typical Ligurian Easter Pie which is quite common throughout Italy and is very tasty.
I would have liked to make the puff pastry myself, but I didn't have time so I used the ready-made one.

Recipe looks great. Swiss chard, ricotta, parmigiano and eggs surrounded by puff pastry, yeah count me in. A great story behind it as well. I particularly liked the connection with Easter and rebirth and the use of whole eggs as symbolic.
 
Made jambalaya for the 1st time. This looks a lot like like paella to me, except it has cajun seasoning instead of turmeric. By the way I know the original recipe has peppers in it but my stomach has been kind of acting up lately so I decided to skip them.
