Cheese Tortellini Olive Salad with diced Soppressata, fresh Herbs and loads of grated Parmesan Cheese, very tasty.
 
I fried a few fresh water prawns in garlic butter earlier and allowed them to cool. (They were fried in batches of three and only returned to the pan for the photograph). The garlic butter was collected to be refrigerated for sambal udong next week.

The resultant smoked salmon and freshwater prawn tapas with green oak grass were very good. I had one with a beer and I'll have another with each beer throughout the afternoon.




 
Paprika powder. The Marie Rose sauce had quite a few dashes of red Tabasco sauce which gave sufficient kick.
You just lightly coated the prawns with the sauce, yes? I like the idea of making that sauce spicy. It's a lovely dish.
