The veg is tossed in a chive-thyme herb butter.

I wish my hubby would ask me what I wanted to eat and make it for me!

Cheese Tortellini Olive Salad with diced Soppressata, fresh Herbs and loads of grated Parmesan Cheese, very tasty.

Had Kanga Bangers with choko relish. A friend gave me some chokos off her vine, so made homemade relish out of them courtesy of another recipe from the Wauchope Lady Golfers Recipe booklet (video link below).

I fried a few fresh water prawns in garlic butter earlier and allowed them to cool. (They were fried in batches of three and only returned to the pan for the photograph). The garlic butter was collected to be refrigerated for sambal udong next week.

Breakfast with Cappuccino & Blackberry Cornetto

I fried a few fresh water prawns in garlic butter earlier and allowed them to cool. (They were fried in batches of three and only returned to the pan for the photograph). The garlic butter was collected to be refrigerated for sambal udong next week.

The resultant smoked salmon and freshwater prawn tapas with green oak grass were very good. I had one with a beer and I'll have another with each beer throughout the afternoon.

I had a friend who used to drink vodka and prune juice "shooters". He would garnish each one with a kernel of corn and a peanut.

Paprika powder. The Marie Rose sauce had quite a few dashes of red Tabasco sauce which gave sufficient kick.

You just lightly coated the prawns with the sauce, yes? I like the idea of making that sauce spicy. It's a lovely dish.
