What did you cook or eat today (April 2022)?

Today I'm making tiramisu but instead of using lady fingers I'll be using left over babas. It's a test run for my Formula 1 at Imola get together happening next weekend. A fun day at work lol.

Made some General Tso's last night. Fried in the wok for the first time, which actually worked pretty well. Today making some char siu in the oven. Tempted to light the grill - it's a nice day out.

I made a little lunch salad with chopped romaine, radish, English cucumber, and red onion, topped with warm chicken, bacon, feta cheese, crumbled croutons, pepper, and ranch dressing.

Started a crockpot with chili but going out to pick up a pizza in about an hour.
