I had one ingredient missing, but sadly, I can no longer get that here in Cowboyville Arizona.
That's okay though, it was tasty all the same.

Tonight I had foie gras with a pumpkin waffle and whisky maple syrup and an Xavier cote de rhone.

Penne and a pasta sauce from the freezer that was tomato based with a lot of ham but also some salami etc. added cheese, olive oil & chilli flakes to my plate.

You might remember that mushroom tart I posted a while back. This is version 2.0.

This one has the pumpkin puree with garlic and thyme and I layered the mushrooms between thin slices of eggplant, carrot, peppers, and zucchine. Highly recommend. ❤️

Coniglio alla Sarda - Rabbit stew Sardinian-Style
It has minced garlic, onion, rosemary, dried tomatoes, a bunch of capers and juniper berries and bay leaves.
I’ve previously marinated Rabbit for 3 hours in water+ vinegar.

That mushroom tart is gorgeous.

We had pasta. Penne with sauce from the freezer. A tomato base with lots of ham in it.
