Making a quiche with ham, peppers, onion, mushroom, garlic, and mustard greens. Still interesting how greens cook down to nothing quickly.
Oh, geez, I can imagine. I watch cooks on TV slopping stuff all over their gas stoves and it drives me to bite my nails!

Love lemon cake, it was my absolute favourite food for endurance cycling. Calorie packed and delicious, perfect!
It's part of the challenge & enjoyment of cooking. Cleaning up and contemplating a sparkling, squeaky clean kitchen!
