Making a quiche with ham, peppers, onion, mushroom, garlic, and mustard greens. Still interesting how greens cook down to nothing quickly.

It's worse on a gas stove. It just is going to happen. Yours looks easier to clean.
Oh, geez, I can imagine. I watch cooks on TV slopping stuff all over their gas stoves and it drives me to bite my nails!

(And yes, my front teeth are starting to grow and I seem to stamp my foot more often :wink: )

This time with pork strips, onion, garlic, chili, fish sauce and "eekhoorntjesbrood" (cep? Boletus edulis).
The mushrooms were dried ones.
