I made potatoes fondant again tonight. Thought I may have used too much rosemary. Nope. Might not be something some people would think it was too much. But we both love rosemary. I made a Vietnamese chicken dish that my daughter sent me. Her husband is half Vietnamese. It was delicious. I wouldn’t really classify it as an Asian dish. It I will make it again. Corn for a side

That looks amazing! Do the purple potatoes taste the same as the white/yellow ones?
More or less, yes. These are very smooth and creamy. The main difference is that these are more nutritious with a much higher antioxidants level.

These are a variety called Purple Congo.
