So today, I took one of the rolls I made.
Halved and topped with tomato, garlic, oregano, cheese, bacon and olives.
And in the oven.
Even used a little tomato paste but I forgot pictures.
They looked colourful and tasted even better

I have been watching my caloric intake for the past 5 weeks and have lost 8 pounds towards my goal... but today wound up being an "off day" and DH took me out for breakfast... to continue the day, I really don't feel like cooking anything, so take-out pizza it is!
