The tart recipes I saw mostly used 72% cocoa dark chocolate (which was higher in sat fat), so I did a mix of chocolate and cocoa powder to make it lower. To be fair my tart was VERY chocolaty, so I could dial that back slightly.
Hmm, cocoa powder seems to be a pretty standard 12-13g sat fat per 100g. Even this one Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder 1kg - Dr Oetker UK still has 6.4g per 100g.
Ah well, I can tweak my recipe for slightly less chocolate, use a bit more cocoa powder, and a bit less chocolate. This was an adaptation of my adapted lemon tart recipe, never tried a chocolate version before, and only looked at other recipes to try work out how much chocolate to use
