Tovala Italian meatballs and penne with marinara.
What did you cook or eat today (April 2025)?

Since I was baking cakes and whipping cream and boiling eggs, MrsT ran out and got burgers for us for supper.
Salad. It's still "fridge-cleaning" time; I'm not buying anything new until the contents of my fridge are close to zero.
Potatoes with butter & pepper.
Cooked beetroot (I used some for a chocolate beetroot cake, some just sliced on a sandwich, some to make Indian pakoras) mixed with onion, mustard, pomegranate molasses, salt & pepper)
A small piece of Danish blue.
Some coleslaw I made the other day.
Rocket and fresh lettuce.
