Just had a plateful of salad for lunch. Trying to empty some stuff from the fridge.
The centre of attraction was Point Reyes Blue Cheese, that I brought back from the US. Really delicious!

Cake and coffee for breakfast on repeat.
It’s ‘Help yourself’ to hotdogs today.
Help yourself day is usually a no cooking day for me
but I have 2 kilos (4 1/2 pounds) of beef mince in the fridge threatening to go past it’ best!

I cut roma tomatoes and cooked them as they needed finishing.
Blitz'd them and portioned them out in a silicone tray. They are in the freezer now.
Once frozen, they can go in a plastic bag.
Then tonight will be left over's from yesterday. Just adding turnip greens to it

Lunch was repeated, beans, polenta, garlic sausage, pickles.
Rode out over the Mendips (nice and cool and pretty) to a cafe I’ve not tried before.
Not cheap but it was very tasty.
My gluten free cheese ham and tomato toasty. Thrilled to have a gluten free toasty and it was good!
The coleslaw was excellent.
Mt SSOAP’s club sandwich which unsurprisingly was excellent
